By accessing or using the services provided by Caretica World Private Limited, including our E-Commerce platforms, IT solutions, Hyper-Local Services, and Global Trade logistics, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Services Description

Caretica World provides a multifaceted suite of services spanning physical retail, digital software development, BPO, and international trade. The specific terms governing individual services (such as delivery timelines for groceries, SLAs for IT projects, or shipping terms for import/export) will be provided in separate service agreements.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or partnering with us.
• You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access our services.
• You agree not to engage in any prohibited activities, including unauthorized access to our IT infrastructure or fraudulent E-Commerce transactions.

4. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Caretica World Private Limited and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Caretica World.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Caretica World, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Maharashtra, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
